Rather just talk it through?

Call the yard and you will get someone who has been on a site this week.

A rough idea of the area in square metres, and whether a truck can get onto the section. Photos help but are not needed.

Concrete and fencing usually book 2-3 weeks out.

We can talk through what's involved, but the fixed price only gets confirmed at the free site visit - every property is different.
